The kids really enjoyed the pool and we also took some time to unwind at the rooftop lounge, super relaxing. The only small issue was the breakfast options could use a bit of a refresh, but overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good stay 😊

Excellent location. Basic accomodation at a reasonable price for London.
Bedroom and facilities were very basic- no hairdrier, toiletries, kettle provided at all.

Fortunately, the staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean. The main thing is that the location is excellent, in the city of Westminster. And it is value for money, since for London, it is good price.
The lack of comfort, the telly didn't worked.

Without doubt the Breakfast lady Michelle is the friendliest hostess in London. She makes everyone feel welcome and makes you want to come back and stay again.
The only complaint I could possibly make was regarding the WiFi internet. When it worked it was OK, but it was a lottery as to when you could get a signal. Other than that, the I would definitely stay again.

The charming decor and warm ambiance. The proximity to Victoria Station was a lovely bonus, especially for someone like me who appreciates convenience.
More comfortable seating options in common areas.

The location was convenient for exploring the city.
Upon arrival, we faced immediate issues with check-in, as there was no staff present despite ringing the bell multiple times. The room we booked was given to someone else, resulting in us being offered an incorrect room without a bathroom, unacceptable. The shower problem left me without hot water , and the reception staff were unhelpful and dismissive when I sought resolution.

Really enjoyed the fact that I chose this beautifully designed and quiet little hotel. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a ceiling fan and a kettle.
