Great location and clean rooms, but very small for a family stay.

The kids really enjoyed the pool and we also took some time to unwind at the rooftop lounge, which was super relaxing. The only small issue was the breakfast options could use a bit of a refresh, but overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good stay. 😊

The location was convenient for exploring the city.
Upon arrival, we faced immediate issues with check-in, as there was no staff present despite ringing the bell multiple times. Additionally, the shower problem left me without hot water during my stay, and the reception staff were unhelpful and dismissive when I sought resolution.

We explored the local area and hit up some cool spots. The beds were comfy, and the shared bathrooms were clean. Plus, breakfast was decent. The hotel is a short walk from Victoria station, making it perfect for getting around. Definitely a good place for a group trip!
The only downside was that the rooms were pretty small and a little crowded for our group.

We recently spent 2 nights at the hotel and enjoyed our stay with plenty of space in our rooms, which were clean. My teenage kids especially loved the close proximity to iconic sites, making it easy to explore London.
My kids wished for more amenities for families, like a playground or game room.
